Office relocation – to create a space that represented the youth and dynamism of the company and its employees whilst maintaining a professional and conducive working environment. Office furniture was to be re-used and the client’s personal artwork to be showcased. The fit out had to strictly adhere to the TI (Tenant Installation) given by the landlord.
